After 20 years of bringing children and families together to engage with the history of toys, The Toy Museum of NY is going global with the production of a new children’s television show. The pilot episode was launched at Toy Fair, February 16, 2019. The series will eventually be available for streaming and feature new toys, old toys, and inventors in different episodes.
Starting in 1999, the not for profit Toy Museum of NY (TMNY) has entertained and educated over 100,000 students. Teachers and children have seen the live shows demonstrate how dolls and toys carry important human values through history. Imagination and play are a critical part of diverse cultural successes.
TMNY is an educational institute chartered by the The University of the State of NY Education Department, a registered charity, and a NYC Department of Education Vendor.
“We look forward to your visit and to continuing to develop new interactive live theater shows and workshops each and every year. Every day can feel like playtime".
